    Regeln und Vorschriften

    WETTBEWERB

    1.1 Der "Manitoba's 2026 Adventure Dog" (der "Wettbewerb") bietet Einwohnern von Manitoba, die in ihrer Gerichtsbarkeit die Volljährigkeit erreicht haben, die Chance, einen von drei Preisen zu gewinnen. Der Hauptpreis besteht aus dem Titel "Manitoba's Adventure Dog 2026", einem Geschenkgutschein im Wert von 500 $ für Cabela's, einem Geschenkgutschein im Wert von 100 $ für The Leaf in Winnipeg, einem Aufenthalt von zwei Nächten im The Rosé Beach House in Winnipeg Beach, einem Adventure Dog Merch-Paket und der Möglichkeit, während des Jahres 2026 mit Travel Manitoba zusammenzuarbeiten (der "Hauptpreis"). Der zweite Preis besteht aus einem 250-Dollar-Gutschein für Cabela's und einem 50-Dollar-Gutschein für The Leaf in Winnipeg (der "zweite Preis"). Der Preis für den dritten Platz besteht aus einem Geschenkgutschein im Wert von $100 für The Leaf in Winnipeg und einem Geschenkgutschein im Wert von $30 für den Hargrave St. Market in Winnipeg.

    1.2 Für keinen Aspekt des "Preises" ist ein Ersatz oder eine Bargeldrückerstattung zulässig.

    1.3 Kooperationen werden von Travel Manitoba festgelegt. Kooperationen müssen unsere inhaltlichen Richtlinien einhalten und können jederzeit geändert oder storniert werden.


    DETAILS ZUM WETTBEWERB

    2.1 Der Wettbewerb beginnt um 9:00 Uhr Central Time (CST) am 3. November 2025 und endet um 9:00 Uhr CST am 14. November 2025 (der "Wettbewerbszeitraum").

    2.2 Teilnehmer können am Wettbewerb teilnehmen, indem sie ein Foto oder Video auf ihre öffentliche Instagram- oder TikTok-Seite hochladen, das ihren Hund bei der Erkundung von Manitoba zeigt, und den Hashtag #MBAdventureDog2026 verwenden. Nur Beiträge, die auf diese Weise während des Wettbewerbszeitraums gesammelt werden, sind gewinnberechtigt.

    2.3 Die Gewinner des Wettbewerbs werden von Travel Manitoba aus allen teilnahmeberechtigten Beiträgen auf der Grundlage der Qualität der Einsendung ausgewählt und per E-Mail kontaktiert. Die Gewinner haben 72 Stunden Zeit, um zu antworten, bevor der Preis verfällt und ein anderer Gewinner ausgewählt wird.

    2.4 Der Gewinner des "Hauptpreises" muss einen Vertrag unterzeichnen und eine Haftpflichtversicherung abschließen, um während des Jahres 2026 mit Travel Manitoba zusammenzuarbeiten. Die Kosten für die Haftpflichtversicherung werden dem Gewinner des "Großen Preises" von Travel Manitoba erstattet, sobald ein Kaufnachweis vorliegt.

    TEILNAHMEBERECHTIGUNG

    3.1 Das Gewinnspiel wird von Travel Manitoba und seinen Partnern gesponsert und steht allen Einwohnern von Manitoba (der "Provinz") offen, die volljährig sind und ihren Wohnsitz in der Provinz haben, mit Ausnahme der (derzeitigen und früheren) Mitarbeiter und der Tochtergesellschaften, Werbe- und Promotionagenturen der Gewinnspielpartner, Lieferanten von Waren, Preisen und Dienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Gewinnspiel, alle anderen Personen, die in direktem Zusammenhang mit der Durchführung und/oder dem Sponsoring dieses Gewinnspiels stehen, sowie deren unmittelbare Familienangehörige (Vater, Mutter, Brüder, Schwestern, Kinder), deren Ehepartner oder Lebensgefährten und alle Personen, mit denen sie zusammenwohnen.

    3.2 Der Sponsor des Wettbewerbs kann nach eigenem Ermessen jede Person von der Teilnahme am Wettbewerb ausschließen (ein "Teilnehmer") und/oder die Vergabe eines Preises im Rahmen des Wettbewerbs an einen Teilnehmer verweigern, wenn er/sie sich für den Wettbewerb angemeldet hat oder versucht hat, sich für den Wettbewerb anzumelden, indem er/sie: a) falsche und/oder irreführende Angaben gemacht hat; und/oder) andere Teilnehmer des Wettbewerbs benachteiligt hat, sei es durch einen Verstoß gegen die Wettbewerbsregeln und -bestimmungen oder durch betrügerische und/oder illegale Mittel;

    WIE MAN    MITMACHEN KANN

    4.1 Die Teilnehmer müssen nichts kaufen, um am Wettbewerb teilzunehmen.

    4.2 Um an dem Wettbewerb teilzunehmen, müssen Sie die folgenden Schritte befolgen:
    a.) Teilnehmer können am Wettbewerb teilnehmen, indem sie ein Foto oder Video auf ihre öffentliche Instagram- oder TikTok-Seite hochladen, das ihren Hund bei der Erkundung Manitobas zeigt, und dabei den Hashtag #MBAdventureDog2026 verwenden.

    GEWINNSCHÄTZE

    5.1 Die Gewinnchancen hängen von der Gesamtzahl der zulässigen Einsendungen ab, die während des Wettbewerbszeitraums eingehen, und variieren entsprechend.

    AUSZIEHUNGEN    UND PREISE

    6.1 Die Gewinner des Wettbewerbs werden von Travel Manitoba-Mitarbeitern aus allen zulässigen Einsendungen am Ende des Wettbewerbszeitraums anhand der Qualität der Einsendungen ausgewählt.

    6.2 Die Preise sind nicht übertragbar. Die Preisträger und Gäste sind allein für alle nicht im Preis enthaltenen Kosten verantwortlich, wie z. B. Nebenkosten, Transportkosten und persönliche Ausgaben.

    6.3 Um teilnahmeberechtigt zu sein und von der Wettbewerbsjury zum Gewinner erklärt zu werden, muss ein potenzieller Gewinner alle Wettbewerbsregeln und die Bedingungen für die Übergabe des Preises erfüllen.

    6.4 Only selected entrants will be notified by Instagram message by Travel Manitoba.

    DELIVERY OF GRAND PRIZE

    7.1 The sponsors of the Prizes for which the entrant has been selected must be able to reach the selected entrant by email within 72 hours of the draw. The Prize winners must sign a liability and publicity release form, a photo release contract as well as a skill testing question (using no mechanical means) as provided by the Prize sponsor within the period specified by the sponsor, releasing the sponsor and its directors, officers, employees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies from any and all liability arising out of, pursuant to, or as a result of the carrying out of the Contest (including liability arising from the acceptance of and participation in the Prize as awarded) and confirming compliance with Contest rules before being declared winner of the Prize.

    7.2 If a selected entrant cannot be contacted or is contacted but does not claim his/her prize on or before the deadline, or does not meet all of the Contest rules and terms, the Contest judge(s) may disqualify the entrant from the Contest and another entry will be selected from all remaining eligible entries.

    GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS

    8.1 The Contest Sponsor will not be responsible for any Contest entries that are lost, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, and illegible or delayed for any reason.

    8.2 The Contest Sponsor may at its sole discretion make Prize substitutions of equivalent kind and value to the Prizes in the event of unavailability of any of the Prizes for reasons beyond the Contest Sponsor’s control.

    8.3 Any person who registers or attempts to register in the Contest by providing false and/or misleading information; and/or by any means which would prejudice other Participants in the Contest, whether contrary to the Contest Rules and Regulations or through fraudulent and/ or illegal means will be automatically disqualified from the Contest and may be subject to prosecution.

    8.4 All Prize entries are subject to verification by the Contest Sponsor. Any such entry that is illegible, incomplete, and fraudulent, mutilated, reproduced by hand or mechanically, sent or submitted late shall automatically be disqualified and will not entitle the Participant to the Prize.

    8.5 Decisions by the Contest Sponsor with respect to the Contest are final and binding on all matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility and procedure.

    8.6 By entering this contest, the winners of the Prizes authorize the Contest Sponsor and its agents to publish and/or broadcast his/her name, likeness, photograph, place of residence, voice and/or any statement made in connection with winning the Prizes, without compensation of any kind other than the Prize awarded. The winners of the Prizes will be required to execute a consent allowing publication and/or broadcast of his or her name, likeness, voice, statements and photographs without compensation.

    8.7. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for website loading, screening or posting errors, software, hardware, mail, telephone, network or server errors and reserve the right to modify, cancel, terminate, or suspend the Contest in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, in the event a virus, computer bug, unauthorized human intervention, or any other occurrence beyond their control corrupts or adversely affects the administration, security, impartiality or normal operation of the Contest.

    8.8 The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Rules and Regulations of the Contest without materially affecting the terms and conditions thereof.

    8.9 The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations

    8.10 These Rules and Regulations govern the Contest and must be followed. In the event of any discrepancy between these Rules and Regulations and any other material, these Rules and Regulations prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

    8.11 The value of the Prizes is not dependent upon the number of Contest entries received.

    8.12 The Contest and the Contest rules are exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Manitoba and any dispute shall be adjudicated in the courts sitting in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

    PERSONAL INFORMATION

    9.1 By entering this contest, you agree that Travel Manitoba may disclose your personal information to the sponsor of the Prize, if your entry is drawn.

    9.2 All winners also consent to use of their name, city of residence, photograph and/or image on videotape for publicity purposes in all media carried out by the Prize sponsor without payment or compensation.

    9.3 Travel Manitoba is a Crown corporation and operates under The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Travel Manitoba collects the personal information on the entry for its marketing activities. Travel Manitoba will use the personal information to administer this Contest including awarding the Prize.

    INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, EACH INDIVIDUAL AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE CONTEST SPONSOR, THE CONTEST PARTNERS AND THEIR PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, LAW FIRMS, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE ARE MADE BY ANY PARTY. CONTEST SPONSOR, CONTEST PARTNERS, AND THEIR PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, LAW FIRMS, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE CONTEST.
